We’d love to learn more about you and what you are looking for, so we would appreciate if you could take 10-15 minutes to complete this application form.
Why do we do this?
Our community is a big part of what makes us different from your typical apartment building. When it comes to onboarding new residents, there are several factors which we consider to make sure we are bringing together like-minded people from all walks of life. It’s not about exclusivity – we just really value diversity.
What can you expect?
After completing this form, your application will be reviewed to assess whether you’d be a good fit for the community. If your application is successful, and only if / when an apartment of your preferred choice becomes available, we will reach out to you directly.
Please keep in mind:
- We can only lease out apartments the month before they become available and can’t book apartments months in advance, so we recommend applying around 30 days before your preferred move-in date.
- We do not offer short-term accommodation- all of our apartments come with annual leases but with the flexibility to cancel your lease with 30 days’ notice of termination subject to a minimum stay of at least three (3) months.
- HIVE is an adult-only community (18+). As such, we are sorry to say that we do not accept applications from families with young children.
- HIVE is a pet friendly community.
