Sure, as long as you’re all over the age of 18.

Do I have to share my bathroom?

All bedrooms come with an en-suite bathroom, so no, your bathroom is all yours.

Is there wifi?

There sure is. It’s fast, free and works throughout HIVE.

Do you have any working areas?

Wait until you see our large co-working space with open library, free wifi, a refreshment station and printers.

How do I do my laundry?

If you’re that way inclined (we’re impressed) there’s a laundromat on the ground floor. Otherwise we’ll hook you up with our Washmen who collect, wash, and deliver.

How is the rent paid?

Each month, in whatever way suits you.

What is the notice period?

Assuming you ever want to leave, 30 calendar days is all we need.

Is there a supermarket nearby?

Funny you should ask, yes.

Are pets allowed?

Yes again. Small dogs, cats and other small pets are allowed.

Are there any on-site storage facilities?

We give you free storage for up to 2 large suitcases. If you need more space for your toys you can rent lockable storage.

Are all the units furnished?

Yes, indeed. All apartments are stylishly appointed and include mattresses, artwork, kitchen appliances and TV.

What is the minimum length of stay?

We have a 3 month minimum stay period. After that, you can terminate without any penalties if you give us a 30 day heads-up.

What is included in the rent?

Furniture, utilities, internet and all maintenance.

Can I get an Ejari certificate?

Yes, each unit comes with an Ejari agreement.

Is there any commission to pay?

If you rent the unit directly from HIVE then there are no rental agency fees. If you don’t rent directly from HIVE then why aren’t you?

Can I work from the building?

Yes, and you should. Flexible workspace is provided throughout the public areas.

Do the beds come with mattresses?

Only the best. They’re the Hypnos ones used in 5-star Hotels.

Do any of the apartments have balconies?

Yes, check with us and we’ll let you know what’s available.

What is the deposit amount?

Very reasonable. One month’s rent.

What about DEWA?

Indeed what about DEWA? It’s all included so you don’t have to worry about it.

What do I need to move in?

Your clothes and personal stuff – like bed linen, crockery, cutlery and cookware. That’s it.

What if I don’t have a Dubai visa yet?

Contact our leasing team. They’ll help you out.

Am I responsible for apartment maintenance?

No, maintenance will be taken care of by us.

What kind of events do you have for residents?

The best kind. We have a varied calendar that changes monthly and includes fitness classes, workshops and social events.
